Today want to speak out on my life a new for a moment. Ive been out of work, read back a bit to negative energy award #1, This I thought would be another hard ship in my life. In fact it was god working another miracle. I lost my job and was about to once again go homeless. In fact had several services disconnected and due to this anxiety kicked in.. This im sure has happened to just about everyone, in fact happened to me three years ago. Though that one I made a miracle recovery and should have known through trying times like this God surely has a plan. He always has a plan for us all, and with out the hard times one may never know good nor learn the hardships which bring us into perfect faith in him.

Although I knew this it became very difficult to do. After several weeks of worrying and fighting for survival it became apparent I had to give in and give god. When i did a miracle job came my way. One I knew I could do but no one, repeat no one would ever give me a chance. Out of no where, as is always the case, I received a call from a company I replied to several months ago that was having open interviews. I once again replied and got a job. Not just a job, but a dream chance to work in the field I had always dreamed of, or at least a start and chance to get there.

I immediately after the interview started working. Ive been going to college to get a degree in psychology and/or social work. Never did I think id get a chance to learn, at least until after college, to work in this field. Yet, through this job I am able to work miracles for and with someone who needs what I have to offer. I cant say that Ive done well in this opportunity-but have succeeded beyond all expectancy. Miracles on the job and off have become into being ever since I simply gave in and gave God. That is the only lesson there I want to put out there for everyone tonight is that when times seem to be too difficult and that your down low enough to give, dont! God always has a plan-even though we may not know it yet……

I a few years ago lived on the street during this time of year and much later into the winter. Most think ppl on the street receive a good deal of help and as some may, not all are so lucky. Here in Ohio, when I was out there, we only received a few handouts and only if you were at the right place at the right time. If you were one of the unlucky ones youd freeze. There were many time I froze and wanted to just go some place and hide-even jail would’ve been better that freezing. This thought was a constant in my life through that horrid winter and autumn.

This is why I am asking pleading to many through the holiday season to count your blessings and even more give to those that may need it more than ones self. Socks, shoes and blankets this time of year are most needed out there, for many that are out there go with only what clothes they where. Though I speak of my own experiences, there are plenty of ppl to back me on this. While others, once again deny it-not everyone out there is crooked.  though dont get me wrong there are some, look around and follow your instincts-your gut feelings. If you know of a local shelter or homeless mission, please call them and ask to see if theres any needs they may have. Im sure none will be lead astray or away…..

Also for my local mission we are in deep need for socks, shoes and blankets-so if your local ill pick up and deliver
